We have a great opportunity for an experienced Building Manager to join our multi-use office space based in the heart of Newcastle City centre.
You will report into the Regional Facilities Manager but have overall responsibility of this purpose-built office space which includes 6 floors, with a mix of professional tenants.
You be managing the three contracted service providers, ranging from cleaning, M&E and Lift maintenance. You will have full control and responsibility for the front of house reception area.
As well as working closely daily with the client, so we are looking for someone who can build relationships and trust quickly with senior clients

Main Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain external contacts with statutory authorities and other groups and associations applicable and beneficial to the services provided.
- Manage service providers and monitor performance against contracted SLAs and KPIs.
- Co-ordinate the production of performance reports, carry out analysis of the results and take appropriate action to ensure continuous improvement is achieved
- Develop Occupier FM business at site level in consultation with Regional Facilities Manager and senior managers
- Liaise with and manage tenant’s occupation of the premises, in line with site, client and Cushman & Wakefield specific requirements.
Qualification
- Professional qualification relating to building management or equivalent experience
- Health & Safety (IOSH as a minimum) NEBOSH preferred
