    The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business development across all segments, retailer partners and product partners. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing a new business strategy and manage each of the accounts within a defined Pricing model in order to achieve targets set for sales, profit, margin, mix. Product delivery is a key factor as well as all new merchant acquisitions and delivering new technology solutions to existing and new retail partners in Hong Kong.

    The role will be expected to closely manage the key accounts day to day requirements and build strong, high level relationships, both internally and externally whilst gaining complete understanding of the partner’s goals, objectives, internal processes and business ethics.

    The role will also require careful management of our key regional partner and will be required to be able to visit their regional offices on a frequent basis.

    Implementing marketing, promotional and category plans for each account to ensure delivery against revenue targets is paramount.

    As well as ensuring existing retailers are managed to an exceptional level and maximising revenues from existing channels through new initiatives, the key focus and responsibility is for delivering new merchant, product and partnership opportunities in Hong Kong, building commercially focused proposals, delivering pitch presentations to senior and mid-level contact points and managing RFP/RFI submissions.

    • Proactively targeting potential new product and merchant/retail partners in line with overall company strategy and build new business pipeline to achieve new business revenue, margins and distribution targets.

    • Leading the new partner launch project including but not limited to commercial, IT integration, marketing promotion arrangement, card production, etc
    • Regular and timely reporting and reviews of accounts, products and new business opportunities
    • Conducting market research on customer trends and behaviours
    • Assisting management in the development and evaluation of rolling sales performance.
    • Visiting clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing, finance, legal, etc)
    • Assist with organising ad hoc events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
    • Constantly strive to improve process and efficiencies in conjunction with your line management
    • Interaction with all key international resource functions to manage all projects through from end to end and ensure projects/launches are delivered along agreed timelines
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related subjects
    • At least 2 years’ experience in retail / Fast Moving Consumable Goods industry
    • Proactive hunter of new business & opportunities who thrives on success and can inspire a team to achieve success.
    • Acute attention to detail for tracking and managing a new business workflow.
    • Willingness to take ownership and ability to drive projects from end to end
    • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills and ability to interact any level
    • Highly proficient presentation and commercial modelling skills
    • Able to work independently under fast pace in a timely manner
    • Experience and understanding of Digital Content, Computer Gaming, Retail, Voucher and payment industry will be advantage.
    • Strong data analytical skills from MS office tools
    • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Immediate or short notice would be advantage
