We are a very ambitious mobile games-focused studio and we like to compare ourselves to a sports team, our vision is to continue attracting the best players (industry talent like you) in the world and to win many championships: hit mobile games that become part of pop culture that the world can enjoy. Currently we are focused on the Idle genre, but, again, we are very ambitious and will be exploring different genres on mobile in the future.

An Executive Producer’s Impact

• Elevating and inspiring Producers and the rest of the production team through leadership and coaching to help the team deliver their best work and achieve product outcomes
• Partnering with the development team, artists and designers to drive the development of new features and products that our players love
• Working with teams to leverage data and product insights to help prioritize features and product changes that elevate our games and excite our players
• Fostering relationships and partnerships with other departments (Marketing, Publishing, Player Support, Operations) to ensure product timelines and objectives are fully supported
• Design, experiment, and advance the product team’s workflow and help them develop high performing, creative teams
• Understanding the value of communication and transparency, ensuring key stakeholders have a constant pulse on product KPIs and priorities
• Leading all hiring initiatives in partnership with Talent and People function.
  
  

Your Track Record Includes

• 4+ years as Producer, steering the creation of digital products, preferably mobile games
• Degree or certification in Business, Project Management, Arts, or applicable experience
• Experience publishing to multiple platforms an asset
• Track record of transformation and change management within production teams
• Familiar with user acquisition, user retention, engagement, and monetization metrics
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to lead by influence
• Building and strengthening relationships across all facets of your teams and leveraging other stakeholders to exceed expectations
• Highly organized with an understanding of process, project management, and the tools that support it
• Demonstrated ability to translate analytics and user feedback into actionable product features
• Knows what it takes to make an amazing user experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
