Experienced RIBO Licenced Commercial Insurance Broker to manage a dedicated Commercial Auto & Fleet & Garage Program client accounts working exclusively with and reporting to the Program Account Executive.

 

Responsibilities:

• Underwriting of renewals, review with Clients and Insurers
• Review and Process client account  renewal policies, endorsements, invoicing, certificates of insurance, premium finance contracts and mailings in accordance with office procedures
• Preparation of submissions/applications/proposals and binders
• Monitoring of accounts receivables
• Monitor Renewal Expiry Listings
• Handle customer inquiries and transactions
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Monitor and followup abeyances
• Report and followup claims servicing

 

Qualifications:

• RIBO Licenced broker
• Preferred Knowledge of commercial auto/garage underwriting & policies
• Previous experience required
• Proficient Knowledge of Power Broker Management System a definite asset
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize. organize and multitask independently with attention to detail
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
