We are looking for a " Corporate Sales Manager" for our leading client operating in Energy sector.
Job Description:
- Min 10 years of experience in corporate sales ,
- Manage new sales opportunities for existing corporate customers,
- Actively visit corporate customers in the field,
- Direct and manage the sales team in line with the sales targets by considering the company strategies and profitability principle,
- Conduct negotiations and dealerships,
- Prepare and follow up regional and dealer field sales personnel and product quotas,
- Create sales budgets,develop, implement and control plans and programs,
- Follow up the sales targets monthly and yearly turnover profitability results, to make the necessary analyzes, and to report regularly to the top management and dealers.
Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably Engineering,
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Experience in technical sales and Industrial Goods,
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment,
- Sales and customer oriented thinking,
- Strong communication and negotiation skills,
- Proactive, self-confident and open-minded personality,
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
