Summary
We’re looking for a HUGE Creative Lead to collaborate with the Google ZOO. Google ZOO’s is a group of creative business partners, strategists, creatives, creative technologists and producers, who help clients and agencies exploit the unique potential of Google products & platforms to solve their business and brand challenges. The world’s biggest brands often have challenges in telling their unique stories in the digital space. But what do those experiences look like, and what makes them irresistible, magical, and memorable? That’s where the ZOO comes in. Working in close collaboration with Google Sales and Product teams, the ZOO provides strategic ‘value add’ creative and marketing services to our biggest advertisers and most importantly, their agency partners. Using a proprietary MACHINE Sprint methodology™ we bring senior clients together with consumers, agencies, product managers and distribution experts to rapidly prototype and test concepts that best utilise Google tools, platforms, and media display technology.
This role is embedded at the Google office in Amsterdam, but the market we operate in is Northern Europe so travel is required.

Responsibilities
What we’d like to see:
- Inspire, lead and work with senior and c-level stakeholders
- Presenting comfortably to groups of c-level stakeholders
- Leading creative-centric Design Thinking Sprints (called MACHINE Sprints) across Northern Europe
- Designing Design Sprints sessions
- Onboarding and organizing stakeholder pre-, during and post sprints
- Creating excellent executive summaries post sprint.
- Thought-leader in user first creative thinking anddelivering
best-in-class creative solutions - Generating best-in-class creative solutions pre- and during Sprints
- Be an effective creative participant in MAChINE Sprints focusing on 10Xing creative with our available tech
- Work quickly, flexibly and collaboratively with internal and external teams
- Work closely with the wider EMEA team to constantly improve our offering
- Staying up to date on Google’s technology and products
- Significant experience in the creative industry with at least experience in a leading position (e.g. Creative Director on global or regional clients with cross-sector experience
- Outstanding business written and oral communication skills;
A fluid and confident presenter. - A solid track record of facilitating design sprints
- A proven experience in leading groups of c-level stakeholders
- Experience creating tech-led creative ideas
- Deep understanding of branding and strategic creative thinking
- Ability to thrive in a rapid paced environment working on multiple projects in multiple locations.
- Enough understanding of business to inspire creative solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- English speaking, additional languages are a bonus.
- A track record of strong conceptual digital creative work
- Experience from both client and agency side
- Copywriting background
