We are
currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to work in our
manufacturing facility.

What
does WestRock do?
We are a production facility and we make cardboard boxes. Have you ever
ordered pizza or an item online? If so, there is a good chance that it was a
WestRock box made in one of our WestRock facilities.

Why do we need YOU at
WestRock?
By supporting the customer service department, you will be responsible for
assisting the Customer Service Reps in entering, reviewing and processing
orders in a timely, accurate and detailed manner. You will also
communicate with different departments including customer service, sales,
production, shipping, and scheduling to ensure orders on being processed on
time.

Duties:
Liaising between production, sales and shipping to ensure your customer's
orders are being produced, shipped and delivered as per the order.
Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Processing orders with great accuracy
Liaising between production, sales and shipping to ensure your customer's
orders are being produced, shipped and delivered as per the order.
Communicating changes to order timelines internally and externally

Experience Required:
Strong team player with strong customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
Superb organizational skills
Flourishes in a fast-paced environment
