ELV Engineer

The ideal candidate for the ELV ENGINEER position will be responsible for providing pivotal support to our existing MEP team.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Development of PA/AV/BGM shop drawings & work Expertise
• Development/Review & expertise in handling of FA system drawings, Authority regulations, Approvals
• Experience in GRMS systems & SD development
• Experience in LCS (Lighting control system), Implementation & Integration
• Experience in Façade Lighting System, Implementation & Integration
• Experience in Security Systems and cross-system Integration
• Expertise in IPTV systems
• Experience in Access Control System (CCTV, Gate barriers, Intelligent locks) (Design , T&C)
• Knowledge in Development/Design, T&C of BMS system SD & site works.
• Idea about Structured cabling systems, redundancy, Fiber optic cabling.
• Experience in any High Rise 5-star Hotel Projects similar to Waldorf Astoria.
• Experience in Integration of ETS plant rooms/Boiler Rooms etc.
• Knowledge in MODBUS/BACnet/LON/KNX/DMX/ETHERNET/ZIGBEE etc.
• MASTER clock systems Integration
• Experience in Handling Authority approval inspections QCDD etc.
• Any LEED certified Building experience
• UPDA License
