Position Summary
We have a great opportunity at Jelf for a Finance Assistant to join our
team based in Worcester. This opportunity will involve supporting the
continued growth of our Finance Operations division and is vital in
maintaining and developing the track record of success Jelf has in ensuring
that bank reconciliations are completed accurately and to agreed deadlines.
Role Responsibilities

• Daily bank reconciliations
• Support with Month End reconciliation duties
• Effectively investigate queries to ensure a satisfactory conclusion.
• Undertake all administrative functions associated with the role.
• Liaise with all areas of the business and third parties to resolve
  

outstanding bank reconciliation queries.

• Assistance with the production of MI.
• To fully comply with FCA regulations, money laundering, data protection and
  

other applicable legislation.

• Provide coaching and support to other team members, optimizing team
  

efficiency where possible

Skills & Experience

• Strong academic background supported by good grades at A-Level and/or GCSE
  

in subjects that include Maths and English.

• Demonstrable experience of working in credit control and/or general
  

insurance and/or detailed reconciliation work would be advantageous, but
not essential.

• Comfortable with managing and manipulating large volumes of data.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills in completing
  

assigned tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel and Outlook.
