EMEA are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful multinational manufacturing business with an European Headquarter based in Amsterdam. This US owned company is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their large, international team. Some key responsibilities for the FP&A Analyst:
- To support the month-end close process
- Planning and forecasting, focusing on continuous improvement of efficiency
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- To design and deliver the key reports with accuracy to the senior management
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
The ideal FP&A Analyst candidate will have:
- A Bachelor and/or Masters’ degree in Finance/Business
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in an FP& A position (preferably within multinational company)
- Strong financial management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively with a range of divisions, building strong relationships
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Fluent spoken and written English – essential
