IDEMIA SET (Secure Enterprise Transactions) Division is looking for his Global HR Program Manager for the Global Operations organization (SETOPS).
Reporting directly to the SVP HR for SET Division & France, you will be directly responsible for coordinating all HR programs for the SET Operations, be in charge of all HR operations and be the key HR partner within the transformation team (organisation initiatives, transformation activities, performance improvement of the business unit.
The Operations & Manufacturing organization has a worldwide footprint consisting of 6 factories (Shenzhen (China), Noida (India), Vitré (France), Cotia (Brasil), Cali (Colombia) and Exton (USA) and 1 headquarter (La Défense – Courbevoie), for a total headcount of approximately 2600 people, of which approximately 140 people on Corporate functions (Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Strategy, Controlling) based in France (Courbevoie and Vitré), China (Shenzhen), USA (Exton) and India (Noida)).
Key missions:
Context & Mission:
Accompany the SVP HR of the SET division on the organizational and cultural changes linked to the business activities transformation on a worldwide perimeter ;
Manage the different projects with the management team ;
Deploy the HR communication on your dedicated perimeter : processes / key KPIs / top management communication preparation ;
Propose and measure the key SETOPS HR KPIs – work with the management on improvement plans ;
Deploy and coordinate the group HR processes on the SETOPS ;
Analyze and work on the different HR key processes : annual review campaign, sales incentive plans and annual variables consolidation, talent reviews preparation, succession plans – propose innovative HR tools for the managers and the HR function ;
Put in place with finance department the annual recruitment plan for the SETOPS in line with the budget process, you will follow it and renew it ;
Work with the international HR network - regional HR, country RH, HR expert functions (compensation & benefits, talent development) – in order to prepare and accompany the different SETOPS HR transversal projects ;
Propose added value process improvements: SETOPS transformation plan, in line with the group strategy, specific SETOPS training plan in accordance with business needs.
