Overview:

Huxley is currently working with a well renowned financial institution that is on the lookout for a Head of Compliance. This is a permanent position to be based in Riyadh, KSA.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop the compliance policies and procedures framework that will allow the function to effectively meet its objectives and targets, in line with overall compliance policies and procedures, and the company's strategy and direction.

Develop compliance principles and systems for appropriate control and oversight / monitoring activities.

Develop compliance guidelines that should be followed in the organisation and ensure that they are communicated and followed.

Develop and maintain a high-level accountability and delegated authority framework and coordinate the implementations to ensure that all key decisions are taken in alignment with shareholders best interest.

Conduct periodic reviews of the compliance models of the business and recommend opportunities for improvement based on applicable leading practice and the changing environment.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years' experience within the financial services industry

Worked at least 5 years as Head of Compliance

Bachelor's Degree in any related field.

Additional compliance certifications would be preferred.
