Job Responsibilities:

Product Strategy

• Improve search experience on the platform and product find ability.
• Improve performance of multiple points of entry on the platform HomePage such as Collections and Most Popular.
• Increase seller adoption and usage of multiple seller promotional tools such as vouchers, bundles & free shipping.
• Liasie with global and regional product teams for the development and roll out of new tech features.
• Focus on driving user engagement on the platform and help the right users get to the right product.

Leadership

• Manage, mentor, and participate in career development of the Guided Shopping team.
• Work cross-functionally with Traffic Ops teams to improve performance and successfully execute projects.
• Liaise with regional teams on regular basis to ensure timely knowledge sharing, training and deployment of new tech and strategic initiatives.

Operational Management

• Define the road map and achieve performance targets (visitors, guided orders, guided revenue) for over-all seller tools.
• Define the road map and achieve performance targets for Collections module in terms of visits, transactions, and revenue.
• Achieve performance targets to improve search Relevancy and Optimization of Top 1,500 Keywords.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a tech company with focus on product side.
• Comfortable working with extensive data analysis.
• Minimum 1+ year experience managing a team.
• Comfortable managing and working with remotely location teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.)
• Strong ability to drive productivity and scalability with automation.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Content, Data Engineering and Data Science.
• Great communication skills. Yous hould be capable of translating your data-driven insights in to action abler ecommendations.
• Passion for exploring and testing new ideas.
• Attention to detail and Adaptable to fast-paced working environment.
• Professional, positive, upbeat attitude.

Salary Range: 150,000 - 180,000 PKR
