Primary Purpose Of Job
Lead a team of the Project Services staff to provide Cost Management, Budget Control, Planning and scheduling, Contracts, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Document Control and general administration services with focus on the successful Project execution on time, within budget and in accordance with the project requirements.
Experience & Skills
1- Minimum 18 years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry with IOC, EPIC Contractor or Oil & Gas Company in major projects implementation, of which a minimum 8 years as Head/Lead project control engineer with Engineering Design Consultant or EPIC Contractor in Oil & Gas Industry . 2- Hands on experience with planning and scheduling software package such as primavera P6, P6 Analytics, primavera Risk Analysis, MS Project, MS Office and SAP, 3- Experienced in the implementation of industry best practices and Company's systems and standards. 4- Experienced in supporting development of project execution strategies, engineering and project management processes and project execution plans. 5- Familiar with activities and tasks related to engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and start-up of offshore Oil & Gas major projects. 6- Extensive skills in management effective communication, conflict resolution and presentation ability.
Education
BSc in Engineering Discipline of a recognized university. Higher degree preferable. Membership of a recognized professional engineering associa tion.
