This role is responsible for the coordination and management of Sharaf DG field and AMC team. It will also involve communication with customers, partners and internal management to keep everyone informed.
Key Performance Areas & Principal Accountabilities:
- Scheduling and coordination with technical field team for daily schedule.
- Helpdesk Management for customers tickets and assignment.
- Single Point of Contact for all customers queries.
- Must ensure that SLA is met as per the customers expectation.
- Provides skilled technical support / delivery capability, with minimal supervision, for the current and future delivery, support, and maintenance of production servers in the technical operations environment.
- Complies with operational standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensures that all initiatives follow information security and business continuity/disaster recovery standards.
- Ensure systems and processes meet PCI/ISO standards.
- Ensure the effective scheduling as per the customer and engineers’ availability.
Qualitative Requirements:
Experience (Yrs& Field): 6+ years
Educational Qualification: Bachelors is Computer Science
Professional Certifications: ITIL, MCSE, Prince2
Skills & Abilities
- In depth knowledge on ITIL Processes.
- In depth knowledge on Team Management and coordination.
- Experience in coordinating with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic Understanding of IT standards and best practices.
