Essential Responsibilities:

• Under limited supervision supports Level 1 / 2 support for functional area and process supporting IT Operation services and systems in support of the organizational SLA.

• Interacts with functional teams in order to restore services and correct core problems.

• Simulates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.

• Recommends system modifications to reduce user problems.

• Performs systems support activities with regard to the operating system, business application and other network control programs.

• Works with a team for medium to large size projects.

• Handles special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math or IT equivalent field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
