We are looking to recruit a Junior Events Manager, responsible for the delivery of regular and special events of our company and its clients.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with key stakeholders for efficient communication
• Planning all event requirements
• Supporting in managing event logistics issues of required manpower and equipment
• Supporting in managing branding requirements with graphic design and production teams
• Supporting in managing contractors and supply chain
• Managing the set-up of the event, the daily management and break down of the event
• Assisting in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals

 

Minimum Skills & Experience required:

• Min 3 years of experience in Events Management or Hospitality sector in Qatar
• University Degree, related to Events, Marketing or Business Management
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage time and meet targets deadlines with limited supervision
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Very good interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
• Computer literate with experience in using MS Office applications
• English language proficiency
• Arabic language proficiency would be a plus
• Maximum 30 years old.
