About The Job

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be part of a team who can turn product ideas into reality by designing components and services for new feature developments. You will contribute by implementing new features, contributing code to technically challenging projects as Telematics, Geolocation, and video streaming to name a few.

Responsibilities

• Write secure, maintainable, self explanatory code that powers the platform that connects the world’s trucks
• Collaborate with a cross functional team to develop APIs and software systems
• Launch and support features that will be used by the trucking industry and its partners
• Take an active part in code reviews and help to guide software decisions
• Work closely with the product team for feature implementation

Qualifications

• A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• At most 2 years of software development experience
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, databases
• Familiarity with web development tech stack
• Passion for creating software that is extensible, performant and easy to read
