The Ambassador Theatre Group is seeking a Legal and Business Affairs
Assistant to assist the Legal and Business Affairs team in its wide ranging
legal, commercial and corporate development function across of the Group’s
activities both in the UK and internationally, with particular focus on
Data Protection and Privacy Laws.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Data Protection and Privacy compliance within ATG,
procedures, updating the Record of Processing and dealing with any data
related incidents;
- Assisting the Legal and Business Affairs team with day to day legal and
- Assisting the Group Operations Team, particularly the Property Team with
- Assisting the Legal and Business Affairs team in the growth strategy for
- Assisting in the negotiation and documentation of commercial contracts
- Assisting with the maintenance of company books and records including
- Working closely with the production team to assist in the negotiation and

meetings.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills And Experience Required
- A qualified solicitor, with commercial experience in the theatrical
- Data Protection qualifications, minimum CIPP/E.
- Experience in training employees.
- Experience in Property or Planning Law.
- Experience in company secretarial matters.
- A keen enthusiasm for a wide variety of challenges and an ability to work
- Excellent inter-personal, communication and team work skills.
- Strong research and organisation skills.
