Job Purpose

  • To ensure timely manufacturing quality products in compliance with applicable QMS, EHS and Regulatory Policies through people management system and Leadership.
  • Discussion of daily planning and work schedule with Department Head
  • To maintained high standard of quality with respect to GMP in area of responsibility.
  • To contribute for safety organization and administration as per approved company policy related to EHS with special emphasis on safety system of work and staff training.


Qualifications

This is a Non Management Role

Only Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical) will be considered

5 Years of Experience

Know how of GMP, EHS and QMS Practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Discuss daily planning with Department Head to achieve targets as per schedule.

  • Support team in daily production activities as per given production schedule by planning department to achieve Site targets timely.
  • To supervise all operations involved in carrying out various activities of Blistering, Cartoning and Packing operations.
  • To maintain and perform the transactions of DEMERP
  • To ensure effective implementation of QMS and GMP.
  • Support GPS team in delivering Site Targets.
  • To maintain all the records regarding Packing activities.
  • To ensure compliance of GMP and EHS as per Company policy.

  • Regular maintaining and improving the products process recipes for Packing process.
  • To ensure operational training, GMP training and SOP training to non-management staff according to their training needs.
  • To ensure the proper use of plant and machinery. Any fault/breakdown or services should be brought to the notice of engineering staff to rectify the problems.
  • To coordinate with Engineering for the preventive maintenance program for better performance of machines.
