OverviewResponsible for managing all aspects of AIMS administration (Airline Information Management System) for AAWH companies as required.Responsibilities
  • AIMS Technical Management
  • Resolve any issues regarding AIMS functionality
  • Provide technical support to Project Managers for the implementation of new AIMS modules
  • Provide AIMS Transaction Logs to Directors and Managers
  • Prepare and perform functional tests and acceptance scenarios to ensure the quality of the results of each delivery before production release.
  • AIMS Administration
  • Approval and recertification of user accounts
  • Modify user access rights
  • Provide individual/group overview training as requested for new hires
  • Ensure that the IT Help Desk is equipped to better assist users with functionality issues
  • Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures related to AIMS functions
  • Assist in creating and maintaining the AIMS budget
Qualifications
  • Background in Business Management or MIS preferred
  • Technical and logical understanding of aviation software.
  • 5 years prior aviation experience in Crew Resources, Operations Planning, Maintenance, and Marketing a must.
  • Possess the ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have a very good understanding of all facets of AIMS as well as MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Must be outgoing and possess the ability to speak to an audience.
  • Must be very self-motivated and ready to take on multiple responsibilities.
