We are looking for a competent Recruitment Consultant to assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. You’ll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions. Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well.

Recruitment consultants have the skills of salespeople and head-hunters. They possess sound judgement and communication aptitude. If you also have strong ethics and a collaborative spirit, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Find clients and foster long-term relationships
• Understand client requirements
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as Job Boards, Facebook Instagram etc..
• Evaluate resumes and applications
• Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
• Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of registrations filed and candidates placed i.e. client orders completed per week.
• Answering Phone calls.
• Adhoc, Filing Holiday request and handling Wage Queries of employees.

Requirements

• Proven experience as recruitment consultant, HR consultant or a similar position
• Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
• Sales/Customer service skills
• Outstanding communication ability
• Confident and pleasant personality
• Well-organized
• Ability to work with targets
