As our PR and Social Media Strategist we’ll need you to will work hand in hand with our PR team and Studio Three (our inhouse social media team). You’ll be thinking longer term ensuring that our PR and Social plans are aligned, and our hot priorities focused. Success will look like a strategy that has both PR and social media teams singing off the same hymn sheet!
We need you to be creating, owning and driving the strategy for both our PR and social media. Leveraging the ambition of Three to become the UK’s most loved brand and putting that into practice via a consistent effective strategy across both communication disciplines.
You will be required to foster a strong internal stakeholder network and working closely with planning and wider strategy teams from brand, props, retail and marketing. The role will understand the business and processes inside out and be able to quickly identify where PR and social media can add most value to the marketing mix.
You will be responsible for our PR and Social Media strategy, be our go-to partner for our wider marketing and business teams and be charged with ensuring all social media and PR strategies are played out in plans and socialised across the business. In addition to this, you will be responsible for creating KPIs with the team leads and be our overall linchpin of PR and Social Media.
You will have.
A deep understanding of both PR and social media as effective brand building channels with previous strategy experience across both PR and social media (ideally for an innovative consumer brand). We need you to understand the measurement techniques across both channels and experience of stakeholder management in a matrix organisation. You will have excellent communication skills, a smart thinker and be an awesome team player.
