Job Description :
Urgently required Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:
Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities for REMEASURABLE / UNIT RATE CONTRACTS.
Prepare and manage Resource Budget (Manpower & Equipment).
Generate BOQ for execution/tender as per site conditions and drawings.
Co-ordinate and ensure evaluation of materials specifications and technical submittals, quantities and the procurement schedule are in compliance with contract requirement.
Preparation of BoM and raising PO.
Preliminary verification of the documentation of all QS related works done by the vendors, reviewing the quantities by comparing with the GFC drawings and record any discrepancy.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder.
Minimum 5 years of work experience.
Good communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Management and presentable.
