Job Summary:

Reservations Agents (CORE) sell the resort and provides information to prospective guests calling the Resort and Hotel.

They capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation along with ensuring all Operator calls are also answering in an efficient and timely manner.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Takes reservations amendments and handles general enquiries regarding bookings for the property. To do this in a pleasant manner as an ambassador for the hotel product.
• Understands availability and room types knowing their layout.
• Handles problem calls promptly and efficiently and fill in the glitch report for follow up.
• Focuses on the needs of the customer and accommodates to their requests.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates should have 1 to 2 years previous experience in a 5* luxury, fast paced environment. .
• Preferred language skills: Arabic or Russian language speaker.
• Previous working experience in a similar position is ideal.
• Systems knowledge such as OPERA is essential.
