Sales Account Manager

We're looking for new Sales Account Manager to join our busy field sales team. You will be out in the market, creating partnerships with local businesses and negotiating great deals for Cobone’s customers. Experience and knowledge of online sales, Ecommerce and advertising would be beneficial to a Sales Account Manager’s success and fit within our team.

The primary job responsibilities are:

• Prospect, consult and close sales with local clients on creating offers and deals for our subscribers based on each business’s products and services
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
• Identify new sales prospects, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
• Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contracts and deals
• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
• Ensure the achievement of individual targets
• Ensure effective internal communications within the Sales Team, Customer Support, Deal Production and Marketing Departments

The daily deals market is a fast paced, exciting and energetic market place to work in and we need action-packed, go- getting, mega- motivated individuals, with a demonstrated track record of success and a strong portfolio of local business contacts.

You must possess the following skills:

• At least 3 years solid experience in sales with proven targets and achievements
• An achievement oriented personality
• Strong decision making skills
• Great negotiation and consultation skills
• Time management and good organisational skills
• Attention to detail in sales admin is required
• Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
• Existing portfolio of local business contacts
• Having a valid local driving licence and a car is essential for this role

Experience working in the direct sales department of a daily deals, discount or Ecommerce business is a distinct advantage.
