Job Description
- Looking for a Process Lead on SCM with deep hands in consulting background in transformation around ERP (ORACLE, NetSUite, WorkDay etc)
- The Process Lead should have very strong process knowledge around SCM, Logistics and Material Management processes.
- The process lead should have deep Process Knowledge and some respect hands on ERP experience (Preferably ORACLE, NetSUite, WorkDay etc implementation experience.)
- The Process lead needs to have a minimum 15+ years of leading SCM Transformation, SCM process design, SCM BPR for large scale ERP implementations.
- At least 2 to 5 year of deep hands on consulting on Oracle SCM, Oracle Cloud SCM, NetSuite & WorkDay
- Acts as a Trusted Advisor.
Required Skills
- At least 15 year of deep hands on consulting on Oracle Supply Chain preferably Procurement / Inventory Planning / MRP / Capacity Planning / ATP/ Inbound and Outbound Logistics, Subcontractor process, consignment and vendor managed Inventory functions
- MUST Have Strong process design skills
- Must have strong orientation for Designing, building, testing and deploying Oracle related ERP products
- The process lead should have deep Process Knowledge and some respect hands on ERP experience (Preferably Oracle / oracle Cloud SCM implementation experience.)
- Ability to do Process FIT GAP analysis and lead workshops with Business and Process Architects
- Strong Background and hands on Experience on (ORACLE, NetSUite) SCM is required.
- Experience with Process Modeling, Design, Implementation and fine tuning the solution is required.
- Must have experience in conducting Requirement workshops for implementation engagements

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of cross functional and cross vendor teams, and deliver to aggressive timelines
- Good presentation skills to front end and manage Client leadership team expectations is essential
