Qualifications

• Turkcell’s corporate functions legal affairs team is looking for eager banking & finance senior counsels,
• Applicants are expected to have +5 years of experience in various banking & finance transactions including but not limited to syndicated loans, securitizations, derivative agreements and ISDA agreements,
• Aside from M&A projects, corporate functions legal affairs team is responsible for all finance related projects and agreements of Turkcell and its subsidiaries in Turkey and abroad, including but not limited to the Netherlands, Ukraine and Belarus.

Job Description

• LL.B. degree from one of the top law faculties in Turkey (candidates with LL.M. degree from US/UK will be preferred),
• Admitted to Bar Association in Turkey,
• Proficiency and excellent command of English,
• Solid banking & finance law background and ample experience in English law governed loan agreements,
• Experience in Islamic finance will be an asset,
• Experience in capital markets/M&A will be an asset,
• Ready to work in multiple jurisdictions,
• High degree of teamwork and communication skills,
• A result oriented and highly motivated outlook.
