We are looking for an experienced ‘’Solution Sales Manager’’ the following qualifications for our multinational client who is operating a global technology provider.

 

 

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university in Engineering faculties,
• 6+ years of relevant working experience selling IT solutions in manufacturing, industrial, consumer, or related sectors.Ability to launch key joint offerings with vendors to grow pipeline and develop business,
• Able to understand financial principles and own P&L for the division,
• Fluent command of written and spoken English language is a mandatory,
• Ideally, have experience working for large global organizations,
• Well presented with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Developing and actively pursue list of targeted Key Accounts by creating individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts,
• Developing market strategy, growth plan, and execution to increase market share in Turkey,
• Understanding client’s business needs and suggests appropriate solutions to match those needs,
• Good insight into the IT services market in Turkey and demonstrable experience in penetrating into new accounts,
• Engaging client's relevant business functions, with technical understanding of the customer’s business,
• Driving operational teams on accounts to deliver excellence and increase opportunities for fertilization and growth on existing customers.
