We are looking for a talented (Senior) Python Developer to join our Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in product delivery through the entire SDLC of analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support to build applications and APIs primarily using Python/Django framework
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and trade-offs
• Bring high energy, confidence, and ambition to work every day

Qualifications and Skills

•  4+ years of proven experience with building and deploying a large Django Web application, the number of years may not matter if you show promising skills
•  Experience with building RESTful Web Services APIs, preferably using Django REST Framework (DRF)
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software engineering fundamentals
• Can quickly understand and work with an existing code-base
• Solid database skills in a relational database (i.e. PostgresSQL, etc)
• Experience in NOSQL (Redis, Elasticsearch, etc)
•  Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) environment is a plus.
• Git knowledge is required
• Experience with Python debugging tools and testing frameworks
• Experience with Python distributed task queues like Celery
• Care to OpenSource
