Job Role : 

Develop operation guideline, quality, installation standard, Handover documents with engineering department. Audit the whole network, identify the gaps and recommend solutions and manage business continuity master program.


Responsibilities :


 Leading a Network Resilience program to enhance the existing network Protection and Resilience 

 Designing, Development and implementation of comprehensive business continuity master (BCM) program and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) covering all critical business and support services

 Planning, scheduling and executing the BCM lifecycle activities: a) Business Continuity Plans: b) Business Impact Analysis: c) Risk Assessments and mitigation 

 Develop and frequent updates to disaster recovery/business continuity validation criteria, methods, procedures and documentations

 Capacity management and Optimize the network .

 Problem Management activities to identify and Categorize outage exposures that could cause a business interruption.. 

Identify areas where the targeted service KPI, KQI, SLA metrics are not reached, and hold regular benchmarking, audits, maturity assessments and reviews.

 Lead the development and tracking end-to-end operational excellence initiatives for the aim of improving services, network, IT platform and applications and processes, based on the results of service reviews and process evaluations

Recommend recovery strategies and options, and assist with the implementation of recovery solutions 

 Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the Operations as designated by the line manager

 Develop and maintain high seasons routing plans (Ramadan, EID and HAJJ) 



Required:

  6-8 years overall experience in Telecom business and especially in operations functions

 Proven interpersonal and communication skills both oral & written

 Detail, organizational/planning skill, and communication/listening skills are a must. a self-learner and have the ability to stay busy

 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) 

 Fluent and literate English, knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage

 Strong analytical skills.

Functional: Experience in Order management; workflow management for fixed data services.

Very strong experience in creating and maintaining SLAs.
