    Duties:

    • Structures and executes multiple complex analyses such as life cycle costs and economic value simultaneously.
    • Oversees the Procurement & Supply Chain Management policy & procedures for compliance.
    • Recommends and implements business process redesigns to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Lead cross-organizational business teams to identify, quantify, and implement business process redesign.
    • Provide analytical support to strategic sourcing and purchasing teams.
    • Gather and coordinate the internal audits, business unit procurement audits, external audits.
    • Design/improve the materials management for the company leveraging best practices from the drilling industry and other industries.
    • Continue to develop logistics, warehousing and maintenance policies and procedures to promote the implementation of best practices.
    • Monitor the implementation of policies and procedures in all regions.
    • Continue to implement a performance management system for materials management and maintenance.
    • Develops and executes negotiating strategies in anticipation of supplier sales strategies.
    • Aggressively leads the implementation of savings opportunities that affect multiple business units and functions.
    • Oversees the business analysts providing support to the group.
    • Supervises subordinate personnel including; hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions.
    • Acts as a resource to provide information or determine the most effective way of meeting the needs of management, staff, clients or customers.
    • Reviews and/or inspects end products for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
    • Analyzes, summarizes and/or reviews data; reports findings, interprets results and/or makes recommendations.
    • Reviews documents and reconciles discrepancies; makes needed adjustments.
    • Sets goals, establishes priorities, manages resources, and develops concepts and approaches, reviews projects progress and results; makes management decisions.
    • Auditing of vendor processes, capability, and performance; identify and lead continuous improvement process.
    • Ensures data/KPI reports are released timely.

     

    Qualification and Skills:

     

    • Bachelor degree or Higher.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Can-do attitude and ability to adapt quickly.
    • Good management skills.
