Swiss Re cherche un tarificateur senior ambitieux et avec une attitude axée sur l'avenir qui joindrait l'équipe de sélection des risques à Paris.

A part des activités traditionnellement associées avec la tarification (traitement des dossiers, formation des clients, audits), nous aurions besoin d'un candidat qui serait prêt à échanger directement avec nos clients en leur apportant des solutions opérationnelles et stratégiques.

Ce poste présente une opportunité formidable aux tarificateurs professionnels intéressés à exercer une influence directe sur le succès de Swiss Re et de ses partenaires.

Le tarificateur senior va travailler étroitement avec des collègues exerçant des fonctions différentes (responsables de commerce, actuaires, service sinistres) sur le développement de nouveaux produits, des solutions innovantes et afin d'établir la position de Swiss Re en tant que le partenaire expert en matière de tarification prêt à assister ses clients avec leurs enjeux individuels.

Votre profil

• vous avez de l'expérience en tarification (Vie/Santé)
• vous manifestez une solide connaissance du marché d'assurance/de réassurance français et vous êtes capable d'anticiper et d'atténuer des risques et des opportunités potentiels
• vous êtes un expert de sélection financière
• vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais
• vous avez de l'expérience en développement des produits d'assurance Vie et Santé et/ou en gestion des projets ; vous avez travaillé auparavant sur un poste comprenant une interaction directe intense avec des clients
• vous êtes prêt à assumer la responsabilité de mener à bien des tâches et des projets variés, tout en manifestant une capacité de coopérer avec vos collègues
• vous vous sentez à l'aise avec des technologies et des innovations
• vous êtes capable de coopérer avec des collègues à travers la région EMEA
• vos fortes compétences techniques s'associent à une volonté d'échanger avec les seniors travaillant pour nos partenaires
• de l'expérience avec marketing en domaine de réassurance est un avantage

About The Role

Are you a dedicated and passionate L&H Underwriter looking for a change? Do you speak fluent French and good English?

Swiss Re is looking for an ambitious and future-minded Senior L&H Underwriter to join the French Team in Paris.

In addition to some more traditional underwriting activities, such as UW case management decision making with appropriate risk management controls, training and audit, we also need someone who can be significantly more client facing, helping our clients in both operational and strategic areas.

This opportunity offers great career development opportunities for existing underwriters or (re)insurance professionals who are really looking for a role where they can directly influence the success of Swiss Re and its partners.

The role will work together with the dedicated French cross functional team (Client Markets, Claims, Costing) on product development, on innovative solutions and in helping to establish Swiss Re as the premier underwriting partner to support our clients with their challenges.

About You

• You have experience in L&H underwriting
• You have strong local market knowledge
• You have solid skills on financial UW
• You must be fluent in French & good in English
• You have experience in L&H product development and/or project management, or have worked in a client-facing role in another capacity
• Significant awareness of market and portfolio dynamics, including the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks and opportunities
• You are willing to take accountability for leading and driving tasks & projects, combined with ability to collaborate and support colleagues and the wider team.
• You are comfortable with technology and innovation
• You are able to collaborate and support colleagues and the wider EMEA team across markets
• Besides strong technical underwriting knowledge, you should be comfortable talking to senior level clients and ideally have experience of marketing (re)insurance services.
