Technical Product Specialist – Riyadh (Job Ref: 19I/TPSR)

Randox Toxicology is currently looking for an ambitious, results orientated individual to join a global leader in the provision of medical diagnostic solutions in the role of Product Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the VP of Sales based at Randox HQ, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and development of business relationships between Randox and customers in Saudi Arabia. This role will involve providing product information to customers and advising on the application of Randox products.

Much focus will also be placed on new client development and identifying/promoting in to new markets. The candidate will be responsible for promotion of the Randox Evidence range of equipment. The candidate will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the clinical significance of our products in order to convey our key messages to industry experts.

This position will be measured against set targets that are expected to be met for the business unit to meet its projected revenue goals.

The successful applicant will be field based from Riyadh with extensive national travel.

The Candidate:

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor level qualification or higher in a Business and/or Life Science related discipline.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of business acumen.
• The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and potential customers.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent communication.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
• A willingness to develop a high level of product knowledge

Desirable Criteria

• Experience in business to business sales.
• Experience in the Medical Devices industry.
• Market research experience.
