Founded in 2014, Badri Management Consultancy is one of the fastest growing actuarial consulting firms in the MENA Region. Since inception, we have expanded from a staff strength of 2 to over 60 that operate from our offices in Dubai and Karachi.

 

The business is primarily P&C and healthcare actuarial consulting, covering both pricing and reserving work of multi-lines (mostly auto and healthcare).

 

We are looking to recruit a Qualified Actuary with General Insurance experience who is willing to work in a consulting environment.  We want to grow our team with talented individuals that are passionate and enthusiastic that are willing to take initiative and excited about learning in a fast paced consulting environment. 

 

The role will involve heading up and leading a team of 6-8, along with managing a portfolio of clients. 

 

We are appointed actuaries for over twenty insurance companies (plus other consulting projects). The candidate will come in and take over 4 or 5 such appointed actuarial roles, servicing those clients while also mentoring the team. Most of the work revolves around quarterly reserving, regular pricing and reinsurance optimization. There is extensive travel involved across the region as currently the clients are all GCC based.

 

The ideal candidate will be a Fellow of an actuarial body with over ten years of work experience in General Insurance. Proficiency in Arabic / French will be preferred. 

This position would be based out of our office in Dubai.
