A Mediocre Corporation (creators of meh.com, morningsave.com, casemates.com, sidedeal.com, and future projects) seeks a self-motivated Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help manage and execute our affiliate marketing strategy, relationships, and campaigns. This position is based at our headquarters in Carrollton, Texas.

 

What You’ll Do:

●     Manage daily operations of Mediocre’s affiliate programs;

●     Monitor and report performance metrics;

●     Continuously test and optimize overall strategy and specific campaigns;

●     Proactively identify new sources of customer acquisition through emerging partners, strategies, and channels;

●     Collaborate with colleagues to improve conversion and other performance metrics;

●     Negotiate and collaborate with internal colleagues & external affiliate partners on product selection, pricing, and strategy

 

What We Seek:

●     1-3 years experience in affiliate marketing strategy and campaign management, though we will consider people without direct experience who are knowledgeable about affiliate programs;

●     Experience with affiliate platforms such as Commission Junction or similar;

●     Knowledge of the overall affiliate landscape and major affiliate players;

●     Skill in assessing data and analytics and communicating results and findings;

●     Good collaboration and negotiation skills with both internal colleagues and external partners;

●     Keen sense for deals, product values, and consumer trends and desires;

●     Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast growing and changing environment.
