- Develop and implement CHC & Wholesaler strategic business plans to achieve Wholesaler objectives: sales out target for non-visited pharmacies, market share, distribution, gross margin, service level.
- Monitor & follow-up sales-in by utilizing cross-functional collaboration with Wholesaler KAMs.
- Ensure proper execution of the agreed business plans and commercial initiatives by visiting both headquarters and branches.
- Ensure availability and balanced distribution of stocks among National, WS group, Branches/sub-branches by form/SKUs.
- Envisage critical stocks and low shelf life products at wholesaler levels, take precautionary actions and conduct internal and external solutions at wholesaler level.
- Develop and implement strategic plans together with sales, TM and marketing to lead the category and to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Analyzing market developments, competition and formulate appropriate proposals to develop growth opportunities, including customer specific tools.
- Support sales activities at non-targeted pharmacies via commercial activations at wholesaler level.
- Prioritize Sanofi CHC activations within wholesalers’ branches and realize targets of ad-hoc projects.
- Assess CHC market activities/trends at wholesaler in order to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to TM process in the means of sales forecasting and S&OP meeting by integrating competitive information.
- Improve the product & category knowledge of wholesaler personnel by making regular brand / category presentations.
