Overview:
This is a full portfolio global marketing role with a direct mandate to both manage the DT One corporate brand as well as manage growth across acquisition and retention initiatives, functions and activities across B2B partners.
You will need to drive customer acquisition and retention practices and manage attribution and ROI reporting in partnership with strategic DT One B2B partners alongside the central product, analytics and tech functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a global marketing team for overall strategy and operations across Partner Marketing portfolio and Corporate marketing requirements.
- Create and communicate the strategic marketing growth plan both upwards and downwards which defines our vision for success and aligns key stakeholders against that vision.
- Manage the global DT One corporate brand resulting in optimal brand reputation, equity and high quality B2B lead generation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to create innovative partner marketing programs and campaigns that drive customer growth, engagement, and retention.
- Support key stakeholders, specifically the DT One Regional Sales EVP’s and Account Management teams to empower them to grow their B2B partners through effective, relevant and data-lead marketing support.
- Own and manage overall global marketing budgets and track spend against return.
- Oversee execution of paid media and promotional strategies to meet cost per acquisition targets and ROI.
- Integrate KPIs, product analytics, and campaign metrics into teams’ strategic planning.
- Work with teams to establish target audiences for strategic campaign execution.
- Oversee the ongoing development of product marketing collateral, messaging, branding guidelines and key support material to the DT One sales engine.
- PR & Content Marketing management
- Commission market research and understand how markets are changing as needed in partnerships with Analytics.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, from idea generation through execution on behalf on the B2B customer as required.
- Evaluate current strategic positioning and investigate new opportunities; devise new ways to reach our intended audiences that are consistent with business objectives.
- Manage and increase marketing analytics capabilities; delivering reports and presenting at a board level.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or similar role in a global organisation, B2B experience advantageous (Minimum 10 years)
- Proven experience in leading a global marketing team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of marketing and growth principles, brand, product and service management
- In-depth experience working in or dealing with Telecommunication companies
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (performance marketing, product promotion etc.)
- Solid knowledge of analytics tools
- In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital technologies
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital channels
- A data-driven leader with both creative and analytical capabilities that can confidently represent the Marketing Growth function at Exco & Board level
- A Master's degree in marketing or related field or an MBA is advantageous
