bfound is looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager with excellent organization skills. This role will directly take ownership of our business website as well as all our internally developed tools — with participation in road mapping, experience, feature development, and measurement. In addition, the Digital Product Manager will be collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to manage timelines, features development and improvement of internal processes. The ideal candidate is obsessed with the consumer, understanding their needs and creating solutions to address those needs but also, someone that is able to step out of their day-to-day work and understand points that can be improved in customer acquisition, customer communication, workflows, and processes. This role will be reporting directly to the CEO.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding the customer through research, user testing and web analytics.
- Collaborate on a digital/marketing roadmap utilizing key performance metrics, business objectives and a keen understanding of industry best-practices.
- A great understanding of UX to make the customer experience incredibly simple, easy to use and driven - both for prospects leads and existing customers.
- Generate and create ideas to drive more leads, customer retention and increase the customer cycle.
- Ensure business objectives and project benefits are identifiable, measurable, and realized.
- Lead stakeholders in the discovery, design, implementation, and measurement of new digital strategies.
- Identify and drive personalization opportunities (e.g. site personalization, marketing segmentation).
- Partner with UX and Engineering to manage end-to-end planning, execution, controls, and closure of a project.
- Monitor and track project progress, and lead the project to a successful on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Be able to use our CRM to inform decisions, detect potential pain points and sales opportunities within our client base.
Key Qualifications
- Understand and interpret data to develop hypotheses, define experiments to prove (or disprove) them and carry them through to their conclusion.
- Product management and/or project management experience with digital products, B2B industries, and Marketing.
- 3-5 years of industry experience.
- Create strong cross-functional relationships.
- Passion for consumer digital services and customer experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills to support data-driven decision making.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple teams in a company.
- Exceptional organization, communication and presentation skills.
- Startup mentality and thrive
- Fluent in English - Arabic is plus
