We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Event Sales Manager. Ideally you will be an experienced & tenacious person who can hit the ground running. Reporting to the Publishing Director, you will have to conceptualize, and deliver B2B and B2C events, each designed to maximize revenue and accelerate growth across our portfolio, covering sponsorship, exhibition and delegate sales.

The Role

*Deliver sales, revenue and manage expense in addition to execution of events and wider business strategy

Customer centric, developing tailored solutions and increasing customer ROI via value based selling

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers based on a deep understanding of their business and market dynamics

Understand customers’ needs and interpret into value based proposals

 

Requirements

Minimum 5 years proven experience in B2B & B2C sales and be able to demonstrate a successful track record.

Previous experience in event sales

Strong track record of coaching effective sales organizations and exceeding targets

Experienced at initiating and developing successful business relationships including at C level

Strong negotiation skills

Able to develop new business sources and solutions
