About The Role
Working with our HR generalist team, you will ensure the delivery of a
proactive and high quality HR service to the business including:
- Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Carrying out new joiner catch ups and exit interviews and ensuring that
- Managing the parental leave process
- Handling flexible working requests
- Successfully delegating to the HR Administration team
- Maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with occupational health referrals
- Acting as first point of contact for procedure/policy queries
- Building strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Assisting with secondments
- Working closely with the wider HR team to ensure a full HR service is
- Supporting the HR Business Partner and HR Advisor on ad hoc projects
- keeping up—to-date with changes to employment law and legislation
- Providing basic HR and employee relations support, coaching and guidance
- Supporting and empowering Partners and Managers to effectively deal with
dealing with disciplinary issues and grievances as they arise.
- Supporting cyclical HR activity such as performance reviews and the
- Collating and provide high quality MI to Partners, Managers and the HR
- Working with colleagues to drive innovation and continuous improvement
