Our client, a Fortune 500, 16 billion dollar, global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation, is seeking a Manager - Lead RPA Architect & Development to join their team permanently (Direct Hire). This individual will be based in Columbia, SC.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing full spectrum of RPA Engagement, development of strategic RPA initiatives, and delivery of quality-driven RPA solutions, process improvements to create a sustainable competitive advantage. You will also provide architecture guidance to the team working on different (Platform agnostic) RPA projects with strong focus on solution architecture, architecture artifacts, performance, scaling and security. Another responsibility will be designing and architecting strategic and tactical RPA end-to-end processes utilizing advanced business and technical acumen to drive operational efficiencies for day-to-day support and strategic business goals.

What You Bring To The Table

• 3+ years of experience with 2 -3 years of RPA technical experience (UiPath, BluePrism, AutomationAnywhere, &/or Workfusion)
• Experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using AA / Blue Prism / UiPath
  
• Ability to lead and mentor junior resources.Knowledge of SDLC process and Agile methodologies with RPA end to end delivery.
  
• Excellent written and oral customer facing communication skill.
  
• Critical thinking, thoughtful process of analyzing data and problem-solving data to reach a well-reasoned solution
