T.M. Lewin have an exciting opportunity for a Suit Specialist/Senior Sales Consultant to join us on a full time basis in one of our London stores.

We are truly proud of our history. As the original shirt makers in London, the first T.M.Lewin store opened in Jermyn Street in 1898. Mr T.M. Lewin himself developed the first buttoned down shirt, setting the tone for the shirt we know and love today. Fashions may have changed since 1898 but excellent craftsmanship, quality, service and value remain the driving force behind the T.M.Lewin brand. We continue to use many of the same traditional manufacturing techniques devised all those years ago and over a century later. The quality of our business wear remains among the best in the world and we now have close to 100 stores in the UK, with new stores opening in countries across the rest of the world, including Europe, Singapore and Australia.

The Suit Specialist is a Senior Sales role and is regarded as the go to 'Suit Expert’.

As a Suit Specialist You Will

• Be the expert in suits and tailoring
• Develop strong customer relationships which will result in recurring clientele
• Utilise your expertise and knowledge of our products to drive sales
• Deliver a 5 star service to customers ensuring that each time a customer purchases a suit they receive a full tailoring experience
• Utilise strong sales techniques to not only achieve, but exceed sales targets
• Be a mentor to the team and share knowledge and expertise of sales and tailoring
• Successfully meet KPI’s and individual targets that are reflective of a senior sales role
• Work as part of a store team to ensure every customer experiences exceptional personal service and that T.M. Lewin stays famous for service and quality.
• Welcome customers upon entry to the store in a polite and courteous manner.
• Engage with customers to develop a full understanding of their needs and provide the necessary support to ensure a pleasurable customer experience.
• Develop excellent knowledge of the full range of products and unique selling points in order to promote product benefits to customers.
• Carry out all sales transactions correctly and efficiently, neatly folding and carefully packing customer purchases.
• Be an expert in suit fitting and alterations
• Be able to build rapport easily with customers and feel passionate about offering only the highest levels of customer service.
• As a senior member of the sales team, be responsible for additional duties such as key holding
• Have an in depth understanding of the features & benefits of a range of suit fabrics
• Have extensive knowledge of suit manufacturing
