 Salary : AED 40,000 Per month

A leading organization in Dubai is looking a  Manager – Internal Audit who will be responsible for establishing goals, performance standards and objectives for self and other sub-ordinates and ensures that duties are being carried efficiently and professionally and in accordance with the Department Internal Audit Manual and the International Internal Audit Standards

 

 

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in pure Internal Audit ( Including some managerial level experience in IA. Experience in Big Four professional services firm would be an advantage. 
• Prepare reports on findings and recommends improvements in policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Provide the quality assurance inputs in the reports and recommendations. Review and supervise the work of team.
• In coordination with Senior Manager, adequately plan each audit assignment prior to commencing fieldwork and conduct field work in accordance with the audit program and test plans s (including special reviews)
• Interviews individuals to gain an understanding of the area being audited. Inspects original documents to gather corroborating evidence
• Prepare audit plan and manage the delivery of audit engagements within agreed budget and deadlines.
• Manage IA Governance documentation in line with IPPF and manage Internal and External Quality Assurance Assessments of IA function.
• Assist in developing annual audit plan, identifying areas of potential internal control exposure and areas for improving operational efficiency. Conduct independent reviews and evaluations of any and all management operations and activities including the systems of internal controls.
• Perform compliance with policies, plans, standards, laws and regulations which could have significant impact upon operations.
• Assist Manager and Department VP in other departmental tasks and Perform and manage the special assignment as requested by VP of IA.

• Qualifications:
  
• Internationally recognized qualifications i.e. CA, CIA, CISA, CFE, ACCA or CPA is a preferred.
