The role:

  • Support Colt customers in the Business Unit Order Management at Colt and building relationships with Colt alternative carrier and customers in Italy
  • Responsibility for the implementation of client requirements and services
  • Be the “lawyer of the client”

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work within an international Team and matrix oriented environment
  • Work in a very familiar team environment where you get a mentor to get a better understanding about Colt and the Job
  • You will get internal and external trainings
  • Support European clients with their requirements and needs on a daily basis – mainly via phone
  • Coordinates orders regarding network from alternative carrier for Colt customers
  • To work with Colt internal Order Databases
  • Manage complaints of the clients and deliver solutions
  • Deliver high quality services within Colt
  • Undertake process gap analysis to find potential areas of improvement, enhancement and/or process re-engineering and implementing these improvements
  • Enhances process efficiency and makes quality improvements through the Colt tools
  • Ensure KPI delivery as per agreed SLAs
  • Liaise with other Colt internal departments in Italy and other Countries
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Colt Products and Services
  • Ensure customer promise times are met within set timescales and to agreed standards
  • Special details of factory processes and interfaces to internal and external customers
  • Intensive experience in sales interface national and international

 

What you will need to succeed:

  • Offers direct experience of working with customers in a business to business environment is essential
  • Several years experiences in Customer support, Sales support or Order management areas
  • Nice to have: Experiences within the telecommunication business
  • Has an affinity to technical areas or High-tech industry like Colt
  • Can get a fast understanding of the technology area and is developing technical skills under the guidance of technical leads
  • Italian and English fluent (verbal and written)
  • High organisational Talent
