  1. Perform research and selection of various type of legal entity structure and compliance in UAE and Abroad.
  2. Lead research and preparation of necessary documents for corporate (Company) or personal (Employee) Tax regulations and compliance Abroad.
  3. Carry out all the activities and liaise with regulatory authority with regards to legal documents preparation, legalization, attestation, licenses, official approvals and permits as required in setting up a new company – UAE and Abroad.
  4. Coordinate with legal department with regards to all necessary legal documents content.
  5. Review and ensure a proper understanding on company legal documents to provide necessary feedback/suggestion to reporting manager.
  6. Offshore bank account opening abroad. (Application, paper works, legal compliance, and submission)
  7. Asset purchasing, documents preparations, legalization and attestation.
