    Applicants must have a valid Ontario real estate and driver's license; bring passion, professionalism, and experience in commercial/hospitality real estate sales and service.


    Duties include: 

    · Obtain and sell commercial and hospitality listings

    · To effectively negotiate for all clients

    · Learn and master and effective listing presentation

    · Developed expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the area, leases, sub-leases, assignments, Bulk Sales Act, Arthur Wishart Act, AGCO forms, applications, transfer, procedures and the real estate market at large.

    · Set and attend listing and/or buyer appointments

    · Adhere to the Team Code of Conduct

    · Responsible for timely and consistent follow-up with all leads. NO leads should be dropped

    · Be available regularly to handle all new incoming leads and follow up with them as required

    · Attend Team Meetings, events, and training as needed

    · Provide a high level of service and manage an efficient and effective buyer and seller process for our clients.

    · Maintain a valid real estate and drivers license in good standing

    · Follow up on a regular and responsible basis using best efforts to procure new business from existing clientele and document all said efforts in the team database.
