    In the midst of our business expansion to the European Market, we are looking for a Senior Event Manager – New Product Launching.


    Your journey ahead:

     

    You will be working with a team of 4, reporting to Head of Customer Experience & IP.

    You will be fully responsible for Vivo’s exciting new product launches in Europe. You will work closely with our agencies, build a solid customer and fan base to increase Vivo’s brand impact and market share.

     

     

    Your Challenges:


    • Project management: media events for new product launch in Europe
    • Event execution E2E including management of timelines, budgets, venues, hosts, partners, recaps, and internal teams and more
    • Concept planning
    • Create new brand activation platforms, extend our customer touch points and brand engagement in EU region
    • Explore offline touchpoints to customers to boom up new product launch after the media event and lead its implementation
    • Coordinate with all relevant parties in the company, onsite activation, agency communication


    Your profile includes:


    • At least 4-5 years experience in brand events activation
    • Open minded-set for cultural trend to integrate it into our event
    • Strong strategic thinker in driving consumer engagement and global brand communications Experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships with creative agencies and right partners Basic understanding about mobile industry and competitor brands’ communication is preferred
    • Experience of working with multiple teams in a company and the ability to multitask
    • English as working language, a second European language is preferred
    • Ready for substantial international travels
