The Role

An opportunity exists for highly motivated site caretaker to join the SA PPP Schools division at Spotless.

The role is responsible for the day to day grounds and building maintenance. This will include but not limited to operating backpack blower, raking behind bins & vehicles, building maintenance including patch and painting, fixing door hardware, chair set ups / pack downs, garden maintenance including weeding, mowing and removal of debris/litter/dumped rubbish. Training on all equipment and systems specific to the facility will be provided. The successful candidate would be required to work across

Skills and Experience

We are looking for motivated people who enjoy working as part of a team. To be successful in this role, you will ideally come to us with:

• Previous experience in a Grounds Maintenance/Cleaning role
• Work and co-operate in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• A customer service focused approach to their work
• Work with an understanding of OH&S policies
• A valid Australian Driver's Licence is highly regarded, but not essential.
