To support our office in Dubai we are looking for a full time Native English-SpeakingSocial Media Expert with a solid experience in social media and digital marketing
Social Media Expert (Full time - 100%)
The primary focus of this position is the orchestration of social media for Eminence in Dubai globally across its portfolio of clients. As a Social Media Expert, you will be in charge of coordinating the production of client deliverables and are actively participating in the execution of social media ranging from content planning, copywriting, posting, campaigns, etc.
You will be in charge of the strategy, briefing, organization and review of all content (copy, imagery, videos, and layouts) before publishing. You will also launch paid social campaigns, with from target definition and media planning to buying, optimizing and performance, reporting.
The candidate needs to be very diligent, organized and able to work autonomously in a cross-functional environment. We are looking for a self-starter with a hands-on personality and a strong business acumen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Execution
· Create, manage, and improve a community strategy that incorporates social media projects including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest.
· Project lead for executional excellence of all aspects of social media (paid and organic, including keywords, ad copy best practices, reporting, etc.).
· Implement strategic and technical paid social media campaigns
· Use Facebook Ads Manger and Google Analytics
· Together with the team, you will define the strategy for our clients’ social media channels, create compelling content, encourage community engagement, and expand reach.
· Track and analyze KPIS for centrally led performance marketing. Identify issues, optimization actions and update of strategies.
· Product images, videos, briefing copywriters for articles and product texts
· Social media ads for campaigns such as global campaigns
Digital Media Project Management.
- Review strategies and media plans
- Lead campaign activations and strategic implementation and marketing
· Participation in content/events meetings with clients
· Cooperation with Digital Project Managers and teams to manage updates
· Collaboration with markets for market specific content
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital, Design
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar role and agency experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint is a must), Photoshop, Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics.
- Significant hands-on experience and a proven track record of creating successful social media marketing and community engagement strategies.
- English native speaker is required and French/Arabic or other is a plus.
- Flawless written and spoken English
- Facebook certifications
Profile
· Profound and expert knowledge of Social Media
· Full knowledge of Digital Media landscape, including SEO and SEA
· Advanced knowledge of Google analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager etc.
· Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Passion for Digital media and communication
